Craftpur Return, Replacement & Refund Policy 


At Craftpur, each product is handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We are committed to delivering quality products and resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly.

  1. Eligibility for Return, Replacement or Refund
    Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only if the product is received damaged in transit, materially different from the item ordered, or has a manufacturing defect affecting its intended use. All claims are subject to verification and approval by Craftpur.

  2. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product
    Customers must report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Mandatory Proof for Verification
    Customers must provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, order number, and any additional evidence requested by Craftpur. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

  4. Verification Process
    All requests undergo verification. Craftpur may request additional photos/videos and reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be verified.

  5. Conditions for Return Approval
    Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Returns may be rejected if products show signs of misuse, alteration, or intentional damage.

  6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases
    Change of mind, dislike of design/color/size, natural wood variations, cancellations after dispatch, incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, damage after delivery, and unsupported claims are not eligible for return or refund.

  7. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
    Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, carving, polish, and finish are characteristics of handcrafted wooden products and are not considered defects.

  8. Replacement or Refund Decision
    After verification, Craftpur may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or reject the claim if policy requirements are not met.

  9. Return Pickup
    Return pickups are arranged only after claim approval.

  10. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification and receipt of returned goods where applicable.

  11. Final Authority
    Craftpur reserves the right to make the final determination regarding any return, replacement, or refund request.

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of transactions with Craftpur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
